Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote business service of Registered Agent
  • Build up, develop and manage the professional intermediary database
  • Maintain good relationship with intermediaries and clients and provide technical supports
  • Develop potential intermediaries and clients and expand marketing channels 
  • Maintain and develop the Customer Relations Management (CRM) database, respond to and advise intermediaries and clients
  • Identify new business opportunities in the industry

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Corporate Management, Business Marketing, Communication or other relevant fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in Offshore Corporate Management or similar business
  • Strong understanding and knowledge about offshore company and Registered Agent services as well as the environment and trends of the industry
  • Excellent presentation, sales, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task in fast-paced environment, trustworthy, motivated and proactive
  • Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
