Business Development Manager

Report to Senior Management, responsible for the Sale and Business Development functions with the aim to introduce new era by luxurious travel of business aircraft / charter to Asian corporate and individual clients.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research & analysis, identify B to B and B to C potentials for business opportunities
  • Participate in new business pitches and business proposals preparation
  • Hosting clients or prospective follow-up, billing, collection and status reports
  • Monitor the progress of the clients’ activities and formulate action plans
  • Update of corporate marketing collaterals
  • Event Management and coordination
  • Prepare internal and external communications materials such as press materials related to corporate-level etc.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by management

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder with minimum 8 years solid experience in high-end products sales and marketing
  • Strong business fundamentals, good numerical and contractual sense
  • Sensitive to competition, data confidentiality and able to work under pressure
  • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills; humble and willing to learn
  • Proactive, energetic, passionate, with attention to details and multi-tasking capability
  • Excellent commands in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Strong MANDARIN capabilities is a MUST
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and internet research functions
