Our Business Development manager must have both product development management and Korean market entry at the same time to satisfy Korean customer's taste. Please refer to the following explanation for job duties and requirements.

Job Duties

1. Supplier management

 Raw material management
 QA procedure establishment
 Detail specification decision
 Communicate with design, marketing, and financial department for product development
 Disseminate and coordinate product updates/changes that impact the region
 Take feedback after a new product launch
 OEM product development

2. Korean market entry
 Korean friendly website development
 Contact retailers and online shopping mall companies for alliance
 After-sales services system establishment
 Korean branch establishment and management
 Take feedback and reflect new product development
 Online marketing platform setup including Facebook, Instagram and Naver Blog
 Decide pricing strategy and local logistics companies
 Customer service system establishment including process, CS center and so on

3. International market management
 Take feedback from customers in each country and reflect them to new product development plan
 Establish more efficient distribution plan
 In charge of management of current distributors
 Defective product collection and communication with producers
 Open business page at Amazon and Newegg for North American customers
 Prepare retailing operation
 Establish a newly developed OEM products marketing plan with the marketing department

Requirement
 Substantial experience in computer components market, more than 5 years of experience is required
 Experience in communicating with producers and new brand launch
 Must can speak English, Korean fluently. Mandarin or Cantonese speaker is preferred
 Project management or leading experience is highly preferred
 Relevant university degree
