Business Development Manager, Digital Banking - Digital Banking Transformation Office

Responsibilities:

• Acquire strategic business partners and customers to expand the business scope and customer base of digital channels
• Understand customer needs to improve customer stickiness and satisfaction
• Develop new digital channels and services by managing the projects to achieve goals
• Devise promotion campaigns to acquire new customers and drive usage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital banking
• Self-motivated, sociable and outgoing, with strong presentation and communication skills
• Proactive with a sense of responsibility, detailed minded and good team player
• Experience in serving senior management of large corporate clients to foster long-term and strong business relationship
• Strong business development, marketing sense, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
