Our client, an insurance company is now urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their Employee Benefits team.

Responsibilities:-

  • Build and develop effective working relationship with brokers.
  • Meet regularly with brokers to identify sales and service opportunities and advise on strategies to secure Employee Benefits business.
  • Responsible for developing and conducting training with emphasis on product and selling techniques.
  • Handle price liaison with clients and internal underwriter.
  • Increase the penetration of Employee Benefits products in the field force.
  • Prepare presentation and marketing materials.

Requirements:-

  • University graduate.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in group insurance products.
  • Professional insurance qualification(s) a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Result oriented, strategic minded, ambitious and analytical.
