The Firm

Our client is a reputable UK based international legal firm and they are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for 5-month maternity coverage.

The Opportunity

This is a regional position station in Hong Kong looking after China and North Asia. Reporting to the Regional Head of Asia, you will be closely working with Partners of different practice area on all marketing communications, business development, events organizing and brand building matters, including:

  • Identifying campaigns/ opportunities/ clients to grow new and existing business
  • Handle entire process on pitches, including search, presentation rehearsals and post pitch feedback.
  • Managing directory submissions, league tables and awards
  • Managing one subordinate

 

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years’ working experience in marketing communications and brand building in professional services industries, preferably from law firms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English is a MUST; fluency in Chinese is a definite advantage
