A brand new opportunity has arisen for a strong sales professional to take on an exciting business development role with a global consumer electronics company! You will be managing their premium cooking appliances brand.

Our client is a global leader for consumer electronics and they are currently expanding their Asia business by adding in a position to manage one of their premium brands! This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and well-regarded global brand in a regional role.

Description

This is a great opportunity for a strong sales professional with kitchen appliances or FMCG experience to take on a regional position! You will be managing distributors for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan markets. You will need to develop strong relationships and work closely with existing distribution partners to accelerate the growth of business and supporting them to drive revenue and to drive brand objectives. Your role will also require new business development where you will identify new business opportunities, channels and distributors. This position will have a lot of strategic planning responsibilities where you will plan and executive sales development plans. This position will require travelling within the given regions.

Profile

The successful candidate must have at least 8 years of sales experience and at least 5 years of experience within the kitchen appliances or FMCG industry. You must have strong distributor management experience and have a track record in working with distributors. You must be a self-starter with excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. This role requires someone who is proactive, creative and hands-on. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required.
