Continuing their success, they are currently looking for a determined Sales talent to join their team and to further source more establishments that are to be added to the variety of choices for their customers.

Description

  • Identify opportunities and establish connections with overseas developers so to develop new partnerships and maximise return of investment
  • Liaise with overseas property developers and to negotiate on various sales strategies including pricing, partnership exclusivity and more
  • Communicate with agents and trade channels in HK so to facilitate individual sales deals
  • Maintain and monitor company portfolio of active property establishments and agency partners
  • Assist in adhoc and various marketing strategies such as exhibitions, trade show, press publicity and etc.

Profile

  • More than 2 years of B2B sales history, preferably in the property industry with experience in liaising with property developer and agencies
  • Bachelor degree in any related discipline
  • Able to work during weekends with compensated leaves
  • Proactive and outgoing with willingness to take extra steps
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese
