What You’ll Do :

A)Business Development Learning and Development:

  • Maintaining and updating materials for our business development organization training program (new hires onboarding, on-the-job training, and soft skills development)
  • Coordinate with other business units leaders to schedule business development org’s training programs and logistic arrangements

(B)Inter-department Coordination:

  • Communicate with regional marketing teams and BD teams to consolidate upcoming campaigns submissions and results
  • Produce marketing reports/proposal in a presentation format with materials and data provided by internal teams
  • Assist on cross-functional projects that require consolidation of input from global business development teams
  • Maintain day-to-day admin tasks such as processing sales contracts to support company’s acquisition expansion

(C)Process and Project Management:

  • Coordinate and consolidate materials for projects related to improving overall business development teams' efficiency
  • Engage with global business development teams to ensure understanding of projects objectives


What You’ll Need :

  • Min. 1 year work experience, better in travel, ecommerce, tech startup
  • Practical experience in preparing presentations in PowerPoints, and professional email communication
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft/Google Suite
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluent in Mandarin is preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Ability to adapt in a highly agile environment
  • A start-up can do attitude – highly collaborative, ready to roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
  • Think out of the box and a big fan of problem solving
  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with & respect people from different cultural background and in different time zones
