The Business Development professional will be based in Hong Kong reporting to the Directors of Valuation and Professional Services, Business Valuation and Property Valuation and working with regional valuation leaders across China

Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, oversee and execute sales strategy to build and maintain connections with a multitude of clients and business partners from listed companies, real estate investment funds, auditors, investment banks to investors, corporate and state-owned enterprises to foster Savills image and promote our valuation and professional service offering
  • Research organizations and individuals to identify and secure new business opportunities for Savills Valuation and Professional Services China (SVPS China), which is rapidly expanding in our traditional stronghold of real estate and business valuation services, as well as new areas such as asset appraisal, post investment management services, property and industry sector consultancy
  • Collaborate with professional staff and secretaries in preparing proposal materials and RFP
  • Primary focus area is in Hong Kong. Occasional travel may be required, subject to border restriction rules
  • Perform other business development related tasks, as required

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience and resource in target clientele for any or all five primary services for SVPS China, particularly business / property valuation
  • Applicant experienced in either business or property valuation will also be considered
  • Passion for winning and excellent people and selling skills are critical
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. Full proficiency to speak Mandarin
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Package will be commensurate with job experience and qualifications. Applicants with commensurate experience will be considered at corresponding level.
