Summary
Responsible for identifying and driving e-commerce revenue through multiple channels, negotiate implementation structure and competitive strategies through effective conversions, and new customer acquisition and loyalty.

Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Market Intelligence:

  • Support BDD on strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement projects and pricing strategies balancing business objectives and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated with online industry trends and competition in the market
  • Evaluate research and analysis of competitive activity and make recommendations base on qualitative and quantitative

Partner Support:

  • Manage partner relationship and coordinate campaigns to enhance exposure and ROI
  • Identify opportunities for expanding channels
  • Ability to multitask and manage various projects and platforms to continue to expand presence to drive revenue.

Campaign Creation and Execution:

  • Make recommendations on deployment initiatives and marketing plans, conduct and evaluate ROI on campaigns
  • Develop social media strategy with marketing team that is relevant and scalable and monitor content and performance on deliverables

Data analysis, maintenance, and support:

  • Track and measure business metrics of success such as site traffic, abandon rate, conversion, CPC, AOV and daily run rate against company goals.
  • Oversee implementation of plans related to system tracking and dashboard reporting.
  • Manage key account opportunities and relationship to leverage technology to improve processes, site improvements and performance.

Capability Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency, marketing, online management
  • Digital Media Tech savvy –understand Internet trends, SEO, interactive media, blog, tools, technologies and Google analytics, social media, China platforms, eCommerce
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills -ability to work with multiple tasks, analytics and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to manage expectations and include across markets, internally and with partners and keep performance on track
  • Results oriented, independent and collaborative, ability to learn and contribute quickly, complete projects within required time frame, to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skill with excellent command on spoken & written English, Cantonese and Putonghua a must, China experience a big plus.
  • Less qualified candidate shall be positioned as Business Development Executive role
  • Willing to travel to China

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Online Management or Computer Science. Digital marketing and China experience preferred.
