Responsibilities

  • Responsible for develop and implement the strategic recruitment plans, recruitment and selection policies 
  • Select the effective recruitment channels and design an innovative ways to the current recruitment activities 
  • Coordinate different recruitment activities (such as job fairs and campus recruitment) as well as liaise with the external organizers 
  • Assist department head in agency business development, design and implementation of performance management system
  • Assist department head in coordination and expansion of the agency business in order to meet the company's business development strategy
  • Assist in the review of compensation mechanism and implementation methods in order to monitor the cost-effectiveness of the system

Requirements

  • Degree holder or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance 
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in agency business development, in which at least 2 year in insurance industry
  • Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5, with FLMI is preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua & Chinese,
  • Good knowledge of MS office (especially Powerpoint and Excel)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Agency Business Development
