  • Precious metal refining, trading, manufacturing and marketing company either as pure metals or as finished products for Asia and Global market
  • We are looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – with details as follows :
  • Degree in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Knowledge of SAP system is preferred
  • Sound business acumen with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good networking skills with tenacity and drive to seek new business and exceed targets
  • A good team player, able to adapt change and work with various functions
  • Report to Head of Sales
  • Identify new short and long term business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends and customers by researching industry publications and attending conferences and related events
  • Generate leads by contacting potential partners
  • Develop a rapport with new clients by understanding their needs and being able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them
  • Think strategically - see the big picture and set objectives and targets for sales in order to develop and improve the business
  • Work strategically - improve profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in both local and international markets
  • Carry out specific projects/ undertakings that may be designed by Head of Sales
  • 5 days work
  • Annual performance bonus + profit sharing bonus + incentive bonus plan
  • Annual leave : 14 days (21 years starting 5th year)
