Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee the airport business including the sales/marketing, project and digital development, operations and support functions of the Airport team
  • Devise annual business plans and strategies for achieving these plans, provide ongoing business forecasts and business analysis and reviews
  • Explore and deploy new technologies for application to the business based on market trends and needs
  • Build up and maintain strong relationships with principals, clients and agencies

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or other equivalent disciplines;
  • Over 10 years’ solid experience background in media sales / advertising agencies, digital marketing and business development with at least 5 years at management level;
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and is capable of building business relationship with major clients, business partners and principals
  • Proven leadership ability, experience training, motivating, managing and building sales and development teams;
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, energetic, multi-tasked and keen business acumen
  • Able to work under pressure and determined to meet sales targets;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and French, Chinese speaking an advantage though not essential
