Japanese multinational company with focus in own brand office equipment solution provider – Hong Kong office function as Asia Regional office – is looking for a  BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OFFICER  – with details as follows :
  • University Graduate preferably in Accounting/Finance; or equivalent
  • Business level English and Chinese; Mandarin an advantage
  • 2 to 4 years sales administration/order processing or related experience
  • Experience in multinational companies/regional offices an advantage
  • Experience in Japanese companies a plus
  • Regional exposure a plus
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Credit and debts management knowledge
  • Good interpersonal and communication skils
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Report to the Senior Business Management Manager  
  • Responsible for credit and debts management of HK office and various subsidiaries and sales offices in Asia Pacific region
  • Account receivable control
  • Communicate with Accounting Team of various subsidiaries of the Group
  • Provide corporate credit guidance to various subsidiaries and sales offices
  • Negotiate with banks
  • Prepare accounting and budgeting data
  • Prepare quarterly and year end reports
  • No trips needed
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
