Job Duties:

  • Manage training and conference facilities rental services at HKPC Academy
  • Cultivate and foster client relationships with facility service clients
  • Supervise the operations of training and conference facilities as well as enrollment counter with quality customer service
  • Support new service development and enhancement of the existing services
  • Engage in business development and marketing events to develop new clients and retain current clients
  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver quality outputs and maintain high service standard

Job Requirements:

  • Master / Bachelor Degree from disciplines such as Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Human Resources Management, Training & Development, or equivalent with 5 years’ relevant experience in managing training and conference facilities rental services
  • Solid experience in business development with proven track record in managing operations of training facilities
  • Strong commitment to task outcome, self-initiated and good analytical skill
  • Assertive, good interpersonal skills and can work harmoniously with both internal and external parties
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferred
  • Applicants may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position

A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
