Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Limited (SHESC) was established in 1980. By providing the very best after-sales services, SHESC backs up sales efforts and increases customer confidence. The Company headquarters in the 18/F-20/F of Shun Hing Centre comprises three floors with a total floor area of 100,000 square feet. In addition to the Shun Hing Centre headquarters, there are service stations in Jordan and Tin Hau in order to have full service coverage throughout Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. We also tend customer needs beyond Hong Kong with service centre in Macau.

Through the years we have accumulated remarkable service experience and built up the expertise in servicing various kinds of consumer appliances, audio-visual, office automation, computer, communication equipment and professional products of many famous brand names. Besides the best service equipment and facilities, we have over 400 staff who have the expertise and experience to provide quality service to our customers in order to achieve our goal of “Total Customer Satisfaction”.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, research, analyze and identify service delivery gaps and process improvement opportunities
  • Innovate, design, plan, execute and manage service process enhancement programs
  • Manage stakeholders interests and expectations in facilitating change management

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in any disciplines, with Quality Management / Project Management / Industrial and System Engineering desirable
  • 6-8 years experiences, preferably from service / facilities management / technical engineering fields; Solid experiences in process improvement is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical, facilitation and process mapping skills
  • Ability to turn challenges into opportunities and willingness to take responsibility and ownership of service process and customer experience
  • Strong interest in home appliances, audio-visual, kitchen and household products
