Our client is a leading sportswear company, now look for a Business Process Manager to join their team.

 

Job Duties:

  • Shape the future product creation processes focusing on 3D design & development
  • Be part of our cross-functional project team driving the global sourcing platform for one of the most flexible, multi-cultural and fastest moving sports and fashion brands in the industry
  • Develop, conceptualize and execute virtual product creation projects, ranging from requirements engineering to business model design to system implementation in order to service development and sourcing teams
  • Take charge in managing projects to achieve success with the designated resources, time and budget
  • Drive the roll-out and communication to subsidiaries and factories globally
  • Align with the sourcing and IT departments to define and execute
  • Ensure technical set up and smooth operations for development and suppliers together with IT department

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in business consulting, fashion and/ or sporting goods;
  • Thorough understanding of design, development and sourcing processes for apparel and/or footwear
  • Experience with Virtual Product Creation systems
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in project management;
  • Deep understanding of product development and sourcing processes;
  • Desire to work and travel for a global player;
  • Team-player with a joyful approach to work and a true passion for Sports;
