  • Design the framework covering sale target projection/allocation and implementation of scorecard and sales incentive scheme, whereby improve overall productivity;
  • Continuously monitor the performance of different distribution channels and related personnel in support of the branch network in achieving the sales initiatives and goals;
  • Responsible for management information system (MIS), namely producing, coordinating and sending sales performance reports to designated parties;
  • Analyze the sales and service productivity of various distribution channels, provide recommendations on enhancements of sales management, localized marketing and operations, with an aim to improve work efficiency and staff productivity, and hence maximize the return of the Bank;


  • Degree or above;
  • Preferably with major / minor in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Statistics / Financial Management / Politics and Administration related
  • discipline;
  • 3 - 7 years or above relevant working experience;
  • 1 - 3 years or above working experience in financial institutions;.
  • With at least 2 years of banking experience preferred;
  • With general business and market sense;
  • With knowledge in project management, product development and business strategy preferred;
  • Familiar with market knowledge and trends in local regulatory requirements, industry practices, and risk management concepts, principles and control structures;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills , including Putonghua and English;
  • Familiar with common softwares. e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.;
  • Familiar with SAS;
  • Familiar with Chinese and English input method.
