Due to rapid business expansion in the design and architecture channels, they are looking for a Business Unit Manager to join their business and further expand their market coverage.

Job Description

The Business Unit Manager will explore and identify new potential clients in order to achieve sales targets. You will identify new up sell and cross sell opportunities and build fruitful relationships with key important stakeholders such as marketing and logistics team and the client. Furthermore, you will maintain solid relationship with new & existing trade partners, architecture & designers etc… You will manage sales and product management team and ensure a high level of efficiency and productivity in order to achieve sales targets

The Successful Applicant
  • Degree educated in Marketing or other related discipline
  • At least 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the luxury or kitchen appliance industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Experience in dealing with Interior Designers, Architects and strong relationship with dealer network
  • The ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
  • Proactive and self motivated
  • Strong Negotiation and interpersonal skills
