Responsibilities:

  • Lead the C&B team to ensure efficient and accurate daily HR operation
  • Develop and implement of compensation and benefits programs to cope with the business growth
  • Lead the annual compensation exercises such as survey & benchmarking, salary review and bonus payment, budget & costing analysis
  • Liaise closely with senior management and stakeholders on incentive / commission review and development to ensure its competitiveness in the market
  • Review and develop the HR policy and procedures to keep abreast of changes in statuary requirements
  • Lead any HR projects as required



Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Over 10 years of solid experience in C&B area of which at least 4 years at supervisory level
  • Experience gained from sizable corporations is preferable
  • Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance, with knowledge in Labour Law across the China / Asia region an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical sense
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
