Our client is a servicing MNC with a strong presence in more than 10 countries. They are currently looking for a high calibre candidate as a HR Manager - C&B to join their expanding business.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B, Learning & Development, taxation, etc.
  • Support local and regional office staff in compliance with global regulations
  • Maintain and enhance HRIS system
  • Formulate, implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to support company objectives.
  • Assist in implementing HR projects
  • Complete ad-hoc assignments as required


Candidate Profile: 

  • Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sizable organization or MNC is preferred
  • Candidate with regional HR knowledge will be an advantage
  • Strong business acumen and sense of ownership
  • Independent, smart, fast-paced, analytic, detail-minded with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
