Responsibilities

  • Handle multiple customer calls from customer hotline
  • Provide professional customer service through answering credit card and debit card products, and online application by customer
  • Handel the daily email
  • Providing high quality service and resolving customer queries to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Listening to customers and establishing their needs in order to offer relevant products, services and solutions
  • Taking ownership to complete necessary research and customer follow up and directing the customer to the appropriate department when necessary

Qualification

 

  • Non-degree tertiary or above 
  • 大專或以上程度
  • Passed in Math in HKCEE / HKDSE is compulsory
  • 會考或文憑試數學及格
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • 操流利廣東話, 良好英語及普通話
