Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Credit Card Hotline Team's performance and improve service standards
  • Set objectives for staffs and oversee daily operation
  • Ensure high quality of services are provided and complaints are solved in a professional manner
  • Review on working procedures of staffs' achievement and service standard regularly
  • Conduct coaching to staffs when required
  • Ensure all staffs are comply with the internal guidelines, legal
  • Participate and contribute to various projects for on-going operations and system enhancements.

 

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or above
  • At least 4 years’ customer service working experience in the banking industry, supervisory/ team leading experience is a must
