 Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and perform banking transactions
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Recommend appropriate financial solutions to customers when necessary
  • Comply to company's policies and guidelines 

 Requirements

  • Banking or call centre experience preferable
  • Insurance or investment licences is an advantage
  • Effective communication and problem solving skills
  • Willing to perform shift duties, including weekends and public holidays if required
