Responsibilities

To handle the inbound calls – customer enquiry and complaints

  • Products promotion, renew contracts, upgrade the plan and many more
  • lOffice hours: Day shift: 8:00am – 22:00pm, Night shift: 15:00pm – 03:00am
  • Shift from Monday to Sunday, 5-6 days per week, 42.5 hours / 48 hours per week
  • Salary: 10-17K (Basic + allowance)

Requirements

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above
  • 1 – 5 years of working experience in telecom, call centre, customer services, clerical experiences
  • Willing to work on shift and able to work under the pressure
  • Pleasant, cheerful, customer-oriented and positive mindset
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
