Description

  • Answer members' enquiries and handle members' complaints in a timely manner

  • Be familiar with products and services of the company and promote to members

  • Build relationship with potential and existing members

  • Follow up with member feedbacks for service improvement

  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team

Profile

  • Relevant experience in call centre field is preferable

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Passionate in customer service

  • More than 5 years of experience in call centre would be consider as Manager
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered for junior position
