Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team delivers an awe-inspiring level of support while handling an array of clients's inquiries by multi-brand thru all digital channels (Voice, Email and Social Media)
  • Demonstrate an elevated, solution-focused, seamless omni-channel experience across any channels.
  • Ability to handle cases escalated and/or problem solving
  • Motivate and encourage teammates through positive communication and feedback
  • Perform daily standard operational requirements and ensure that key performance indicators are met
  • Foster team discipline, communication and morale to strengthen teamwork within the team
  • Collate and report the agreed statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis


Requirements:

  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
  • Excellent English reading and writing skills
  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of customer services experience, of which at least 1 year' in supervisory level
  • Relevant work experience in luxury or beauty industry is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, presentation skills, communication skills, conflict management with a strong sense of urgency and to manage time effectively
  • Computer literate in using MS Office and other information system
  • Flexibility in shift duty arrangement
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
