Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries / refer the relevant matter to the relevant department on further handling;
  • Handle telephone inquiries for BAS & Vehicle on signaling;
  • Assist client on arrange maintenance service requirement;
  • Carry out administrative work during day-to-day duty.

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above;
  • Not less than 1 years work experience in customer service field;
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner, sound customer service skills, proficient in both spoken and written in Chinese and English;
  • Adept in general computer system operation and / or call centre telephone system operation;
  • Patient and responsive, empathetic and customer-oriented, work-to-detail, responsible and reliable.
