We are looking for a talented candidate with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to join the pre-opening team as Captain / Assistant Captain of our new restaurant & bar in Alexandra House, Central, which provides quality contemporary French cuisine in a stylish, yet relaxing and dynamic ambience. 

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Provide superior service to the guests
  • Build positive rapport with guests
  • Maintain adequate stock level of restaurant related supplies for smooth operations
  • Monitor the cleanliness & tidiness of the restaurant to ensure full compliance to the safety and sanitary requirements
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in luxury hotels or western fine dining restaurants
  • Knowledge in whisky & wine is a definite advantage
  • Excellent guest interaction skills
  • Team player, outgoing, confident, detail-oriented and dynamic personality with positive mindset
  • Good command of English & Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
 
Candidates with less experience will be considered for post of Assistant Captain.
