Responsibilities

  • Handle and be in charge of a banquet event
  • Serve guests and ensure guests' satisfaction
  • Perform all banquet operation related job tasks assigned by head of banquet operations
  • Answer guests' enquiries and give suggestions when needed
  • Control the Audio-Visual equipment used during event

Requirements  

  • 1 to 3 years banquet experience in hotel industry
  • Good command of English and Chinese, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
