Job Summary:

The Car Park Officer is responsible for providing an exceptional valet parking experience for each member. The Valet Captain must anticipate the unique needs of each member and look to exceed their expectations with each interaction. In this high profile role, it is important the valet captain maintains a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.

  • Welcomes and greets all members in a friendly, upbeat, and positive manner using the members name when possible and recognising all VIP guests.
  • Personalizes every interaction with members by delighting and building great relationships.
  • Arranges for prompt parking and retrieving of vehicles of arriving and departing members in a safe and friendly manner.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills. Ensuring all guests problems are handled quickly to ensure member satisfaction within the established guidelines.
  • Ability to arrange staffing, scheduling, training, developing and monitoring valet staff.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Effectively verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce reports for senior management.
  • A flexible approach to problem solving and working with others
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with diverse workforce and members
  • Hands on computer skills


Job Specification

1. Education: High School

2. Experience: At least 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role.

3. Professional qualification: Must hold current HK driver’s license.
