Pacific Air (HK) Limited, a Hong Kong based company, is a professional and dedicated General Sales and Services Agent (GSSA) serving our client airlines in both the passenger and cargo capacity with regional coverage. We provide a complete range of airlines services and work in partnership with our clients using our expertise in passenger and cargo business to support daily sales, operational, and customer service needs.



Cargo Sales Executive


Job Duties:

  • Solicitation of cargo business with direct customers or through agents;
  • Coordinate cargo business with the airlines’ interline partners;
  • Co-ordinate with corporate accounts and off-line stations on cargo bookings and related matter;
  • Control Air Waybill stock and other accountable documents;
  • Prepare weekly / monthly report and statistics to management;
  • Filing of freighter schedule with Civil Aviation Department accordingly to each timetable period;
  • Co-ordinate with GSSA to maximize cargo space utilization;
  • Handles all sideline activities related to cargo sales;
  • Perform other duties, and any other ad hoc duties as assigned.



  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • University Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics industry preferable
  • Minimum 3 years of experience related to cargo sales or handling in airlines industry or ground handling agents
  • Holder of RAR & DGR certificates is preferred
  • Experience in industry such as transportation, logistics, airlines, airport operations, freight forwarding or express is advantageous
  • Knowledge in Cargo Spot system and SAP is advantageous
  • Tactful in handling customers, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Good communications skills, detail-minded, patient, able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and a good team player
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to work in the aviation industry
  • Proficient in PC applications and MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Immediate available is preferred
