Our client, a Japanese Retail Group, is seeking a high-calibre Cash Office Officer to join their retail stores operation.

Responsibilities:

- Handle daily cashier operations of the team; communicate with internal departments

- Support general admin and cashier

- Reconciliation of the cash register

- Maintain cashiering discipline and cash handling policies and procedures

- Maintain the cash balance held in the safe for cash register floats (sufficient coins and notes)

- Support management in new strategies, policies and procedures

- Understand the procedure of cash handling, roster arrangement, leave arrangement, customer services and store operation

 

Requirements:

- At least 3-5 years’ relevant working experience in retail store, cashier supervisor and administration level is preferred

- Work experience in department store or supermarket environment would be an advantage

- Familiar with PC and MS Office (Word and Excel)

- Proficient in POS system, electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners etc.)

- Able to speak Cantonese, English and Mandarin

- Shift duty and Overnight Shift are required
