Responsibilities:

  • Be the category champion to drive category growth
  • Assist in Category Management & range review with key customers, gap analysis between market & specific customer, recommend & follow up action plans and recommend planogram to drive category growth
  • Recommend channel strategies based on marketing plan, channel characteristics, shopper insight, customer needs, account plan and competitors’ strategies & activities
  • Analyze channel performance based on Nielsen MarketTrack & Homescan, scan sales from key accounts and offtake data from distributors
  • Develop Trade Promotion Plan according to agreed budget from Marketing and implementation of Trade Promotion Plan, from planning, mechanics to design & production of POP development and set up at store level
  • Conduct trade promotion evaluation
  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team to enhance visibility at stores
  • Coordinate new product launch across channels & preparation of Trade Presentation kit
  • Get Shopper Insight & translate into actionable plan

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
  • 5 years or above working experience in category management, trade marketing and Sales of MNC in FMCG industry
  • Experience in Trade Promotion (from planning to execution & evaluation) & In-store Visibility (from design to production of POP development)
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint
