  • Responsible for the management and administrative duties of the center operation
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Principal and management team
  • Attend weekly and monthly management meetings
  • Manage the teachers and class schedule, also maximizing center performance
  • Report directly to CEO
  • Manage given resources
  • Responsible for student recruitment using different marketing strategies and sales techniques
  • Establish and maintain the long-term relationship with parents
  • Maintain the sustainable growth of student numbers
  • Take up a relief tutorial role occasionally
  • Establish and maintain the long-term relationship with parents
  • Monitor the center’s budget to ensure cost effectiveness




  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any disciplines
  • Willing to work on Saturdays, 6 days’ work
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good communication skills, proactive and enjoy working with children
  • Solid experience in teaching / learning center management is an advantage
  • Familiar with the local kindergarten and EYFS curriculum
  • Excellent sales and marketing techniques combined with communication and interpersonal skills
  • Love children, energetic, high initiative, self-motivated, independent and mature
  • Immediate availability would be an advantage
  • Candidate with less relevant working experience in education center / teaching would be considered as Assistant Centre In-Charge
