A brand new opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager candidate to join a leading F&B giant.

Client Details

Our client is a leading F&B company providing food and beverages solutions to customers around the world. They are considered to be the top player in the market with a strong clientele. As a fast-growing and entrepreneurial company, they are now looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join their team to maintain their business growth.

Description

You will be a Hong Kong-based strong sales professional to take on this management position. Your role will act as a leader and driver in maintaining company's key accounts to ensure a sustainable sales growth. You will be responsible for promotional planning and coordinating sales activities to achieve sales target. You will also work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing team for promotional activities. Planning and controlling trade spending and promotion fund, and providing sales forecast would be required. Previous working experience in F&B / FMCG industry would be advantageous. This is a hands-on role and requires someone with strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Profile

You must have at least 5 years of experience and have a proven track record in maintaining key accounts and driving sustainable business growth. You are excellent at strategic promotion, planning and execution, and strong negotiation skills and communication skills to gain buy-in from stakeholders and key accounts. You must be proactive and creative. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required.
