Responsibilities:

• Possesses large-scale Chinese food and restaurant kitchen management; skills and duties in cuisine in Dongbei, Guangdong, Dim Sum, Sichuan Province, and has high operational ability.

• Responsible for Identify the names of Chinese kitchen dishes, main ingredients, ingredients, seasonings, cooking methods, costs and sales prices.

• Possesses the ability of high-level product that is innovate in both taste and appearance, research and development, and the creative ability of researching other people's works.

• Responsible for the organization and management of the kitchen departments,coordinating the work of each team and the temporary deployment of personnel.

• Assist the executive chef to organize and manage all aspects of the hotel kitchen on daily basis with special emphasis on the food and beverage outlets.

job requirements:

• Experience in Chinese food kitchen management

• Educational background of high school or above, equivalent to 3 years of work experience in the same post

  • Certification of culinary training or apprenticeship preferred;
