  • Experienced chef to work in a team and able to work independently
  • Determine the quality and quantity of raw materials available for food preparation to ensure effective control over food costs and minimize wastage
  • Ensure food and kitchen hygiene and safety
  • Able to multi-task, service-oriented and able to work well under pressure
  • Maintain kitchen equipment in good condition


  • Minimum 5 years solid experiences in western style cooking
  • Dynamic team player with good communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills to operate across all levels and functions of the store
