Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the food production, preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure the highest quality standard at all times.

Requirements  

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in hotel industry
  • Independent, responsible, multi-tasking and detail-oriented are desired qualities
  • Must be well-versed in kitchen hygiene
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Good team player
