Our client is one of most competitive property developer under a group company and actively involved in property development and property investment projects in Hong Kong. Currently they are seeking a high calibre to join the company.

 

Chief Executive Officer – Property

 

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the management of the whole company and leading the team of professionals for property development projects
  • Handle property business including land tender and pricing, property development, property short term investment, sales of properties, leasing of properties and property management for residential and commercial projects in Hong Kong
  • Identify company development, investment strategies and management, company policy and procedures which in line with company business and goals
  • Formulate and implement business strategies and plans to achieve company objectives on business targets
  • Perform feasibility studies, prepare analysis reports, budgeting and forecast on various project development and investment 
  • Work closely with other members for future development of business operations

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Real Estate, Business Management with professional qualification in relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 20 years working experience, of which 10 years management experience in property development, investment and management and involved in different kinds of large projects in commercial and residential development in Hong Kong with listed company exposure 
  • Execute strategic planning and decisions in order to achieve company mission and market position
  • Proven business management results and track record in management of diversified project portfolio
  • Analytical, literate with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent management and people leadership skills
  • Strong planning and organizing ability with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
