My client is an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) in Hong Kong which provides financial planning services, risk management, retirement planning and estate planning. It is the largest independent insurance and MPF schemes brokerage firm in Hong Kong in terms of number of consultants.

Description

  • Oversee the planning, development and execution of the Group branding and marketing initiatives to contribute to the overall growth of the Group.
  • Drive and monitor the brand and customer experience strategic directions of the company to ensure consistency with business objectives as well as the group directions.
  • Partner with corporate communications team to deliver communication plans which meet brand objectives and market needs, define what types of stories to tell, where and how to tell them with clear priorities and guidelines.
  • Review and manage content and digital marketing strategy.
  • Maximise opportunities for online channels or social media to build the brand and customer community.
  • Develop brand communication strategies that reflect the vision for each of the business units that result in integrated marketing executions.
  • Analyse current marketing strategies and implement changes to generate revenue.
  • Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, lead generation, customer acquisition and engagement program..
  • Facilitate the development of the accountability action chain, establishing the approaches and implementation of research to understand customer loyalty.

Profile

  • University degree with minimum 15 years relevant experience in Marketing or Business Management
  • Experience within Insurance sector is needed
  • Solid experience in developing, executing and delivering on Brand and Marketing strategies
  • Ability to critically analyse and resolve complicated issues
  • Exceptional leadership skill to motivate and engage entire company and lead by setting a example
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese is Required
