The China Business Development Director is expected to work closely with PRC business professionals; review, evaluate the integrity of our business approaches, and manage business issues associated with portfolios under coverage. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with investors, bankers, auditors, advisors and authorized legal bodies in HK and PRC
  • Prepare and review regular financial reports to the Group and regulatory bodies
  • Identify potential PE / IPO/ pre-IPO projects in HK and PRC
  • Cover Greater Bay Area development
  • Participate in and overseas the Group’s development projects
  • Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business performance of the Group
  • Assist in ad hoc project as required

 

Requirements:

  • University degree holder in Accounting/ Finance/ Business
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years relevant working experience with at least 5 years in supervisory role in HK or PRC financial institution
  • Familiar with China accounting policies and regulations is an advantage
  • Strong report writing skill (both English and Chinese) and good command of spoken English and Mandarin
  • Strong leadership and relationship building skills, outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to express ideas in a persuasive, confident, organized and articulate manner
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Initiative, positive and good teamwork player
  • Willingness to travel
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
