Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a strategic advisor for the Hong Kong market and implement strategies to deliver desirable results
2. Capable of developing new clients and maintaining longterm relationships with existing clients
3. Collect and synthesize clients' feedback into insights that can inform and drive the product and business roadmap
4. Proven success working in cross-functional teams (e.g., with product, marketing, and operations) to build creative solutions
4. Identify opportunities and problems, and recognize additional revenue potential
5. Manage and operate the couriers' team, ensuring a satisfying customer service and delivery rate
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or cold calling
3. Excellent communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin Chinese, and English
4. A positive, self-starter attitude and determined drive to win
5. Able to work creatively and under stress

工作內容及職責:
1. 負責香港市場的策略規劃以及執行
2. 負責香港當地客戶開發
3. 定期回訪客戶、協助客戶解決問題,增強客戶忠誠度;定期對用戶進行調研,尋找用戶痛點,不斷完善產品
4. 定期分析業務現狀及問題,輸出解決方案並推動落地,切實解決業務問題
5. 負責香港的運力的招募、培訓、管理、運營等,確保運力對客戶的服務率和服務質量

職位要求:
1. 學士及以上學歷
2. 3年及以上本地銷售、拓展、談判等商務工作經驗,或線下運營經驗
3. 普通話、英語、廣東話流利,工作語言為普通話,可純英文無障礙溝通
4. 有ownership意識及entrepreneurship精神
5. 抗壓性強、富有創新性
