We are a fast growing Company engaged in Chinese herbal & health supplement products, and we are looking for bright and highly self-motivated candidates to join our dynamic team to cope with our business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and clerical support to QA and Purchase Dept.
  • Assist in procurement procedures
  • Shipping and goods receiving related issue
  • Prepare and maintain records, data, reports and other documentations as required
  • Any other duties assigned by the department

 

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • With working experience in clerical / administration / shipping / logistics background is preferable
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese including Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
