Job Specifications

In this role, you will be expected to provide support to the adjusters and management with duties including:

  • Performing administrative tasks
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Compiling monthly reports to clients
  • Handling basic book-keeping
  • Assisting the Operation Manager in daily tasks
  • Performing ad hoc tasks as assigned

The Successful Applicant

 

The successful applicant must meet the following requirements:

  • Form 5/DSE or above
  • Formal secretarial training is an advantage
  • Good command of English and Cantonese is required
  • Proficient IT skills - Word, Excel, PPT, Chinese and English Word Processing
  • Good communications and customer service skills
  • Responsible, initiative, hard working and able to work under pressure
  • Flexible with work duties
  • Willing to cover for other support staff
  • Keen to learn

Applicants with working experiences will be given priority. Salary commensurate with relevant experience.

Applicants with less experience will be considered for Assistant post.
