Responsibilities

  • Customer Service and answer enquiries
  • Data entry and follow up payment/forms
  • Perform other administrative duties
  • Shift duty on Saturday

Requirements

  • Form Five/DSE or above
  • Proficiency in PC software, e.g. PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, Access, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good telephone manners
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and Telesales is preferred
