Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the HKU Horizons Office (2 posts) (Ref.:497086) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have a recognized Bachelor's degree with at least one years full-time work experience; a good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua); highly competent IT skills (MS Word and MS Excel); good common sense; proven co-ordination, organizational and multi-tasking skills; good self-initiative and time management, and the ability to work under minimal supervision. The appointees will provide administrative support for learning experience programmes beyond Hong Kong, including organizing meetings and workshops, maintaining databases, and undertaking other duties as assigned.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
