Job Posting Details

The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the Center.  Duties include ordering, receiving and examining of stocked items; filing and maintaining of records; liaising with end-users and suppliers concerning laboratory consumables requisition; coordinating the maintenance of storage facilities and proper layout of the store and performing other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have 5 passes including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A or level 2 if results were obtained from 2007 onwards) in the HKCEE; OR 5 subjects, including English Language, attaining level 2 or above (or equivalent) in the HKDSE with at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Candidates should have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage); and be proficient in MS Office applications, including Chinese word-processing, Word, Access and Excel. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
