 Responsibilities

  • Issue and follow up invoices on time
  • Handle receptionist duties of answering phone calls and enquirers
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Billing and Operation Team
  • Responsible for general clerical work, data entry and filing
  • Participate in Ad-hoc projects as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Good communication and telephone skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Detail-minded, independent and hardworking
  • Candidates who look for long-term Clerk are most welcomed, 
  • Immediate available is preferred

What's On Offer

  • Friendly Work Environment
  • 2-3 days with 12-17 work hours per week (working hours: any time between 9.30am-6pm, Mon-Fri, divided by work shift)
  • HK$40 per hour
